OUR TEAM
Darci oversees the operations, finance, and marketing of the Hansell Companies. She has worked in marketing, operations, and client services for 15+ years, primarily in higher education where she supported the recruitment of 100K+ online learners.
Darci earned her bachelor’s in Communications and Spanish from the University of Tennessee at Martin and her master’s in English: Technical Communication from Minnesota State University-Mankato.
Timothy James “TJ” is a guiding force behind Hansell Companies. He has 15+ years of experience working in the grants sector (Federal, Tribal, State, Local, non-profit, and for-profit) in roles such as CEO/Executive Director, Director of Development, and more. His vast experience has been a vital asset in the growth of the company and its service lines since its founding in 2018.
TJ holds a Master of Public Administration and bachelor’s in Business Economics from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of multiple industry organizations, sits on various 501(c) board of directors, and currently serves as the National Treasurer for the Grant Professionals Association (GPA). He is also a GPA-approved trainer.
